Return Process

    Log into your Robocraze account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason.

    Technical Verification

    Our engineering team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the component to verify the technical defect or damage.

    Package the Item

    Once approved, securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and box to prevent any further damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    After we receive and inspect the returned unit, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement within 48 hours.
